Summary:
The Project Coordinator (PC) will collaborate with team members across various departments to create comprehensive action plans for projects, focusing on resources, budgets, and timeframes. The PC will oversee the full range of project management cycles, from initiation to closure, preparing for progression into a Project Manager (PM) role. The role includes scheduling, maintaining project management standards, managing client communications, conducting outreach for lead generation and sales, and enforcing company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule projects and manage team calendars.
- Maintain project management standards by providing solution-driven resources.
- Answer customer questions and inquiries via phone and email.
- Conduct outreach efforts for lead generation and sales.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
- Promote client retention through departmental initiatives.
- Manage projects, including consulting, invoicing, and calendaring, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Master product knowledge and translate it into marketing solutions.
- Conduct cold or warm outreach calls.
- Participate in company culture and contribute to talent retention.
- Adopt special projects as assigned by management based on business needs.
- Support cross-departmental functions by developing an advanced understanding of shared or siloed key responsibilities.
- Identify and determine system improvements.
- Learn how to translate project management workflows into other non-product/service-specific projects.
- Develop an understanding of creative quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service, outreach, communication, and sales skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Google Workspace.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, administrative assistance, or a supervisory role required.
